1. Emergency Shelter
Our emergency shelter provides a safe haven for individuals and families fleeing domestic violence. With 24/7 availability, we offer confidential accommodations, meals, and essential supplies to help survivors transition to a safer environment.
2. Counseling Services
We offer free, confidential counseling services led by trained professionals. Our therapists specialize in trauma-informed care, helping survivors process their experiences and develop coping strategies. Individual and group therapy sessions are available.
3. Legal Assistance
Navigating the legal system can be daunting. Our legal aid program provides guidance and representation in matters such as restraining orders, custody issues, and divorce proceedings. We work to ensure that survivors understand their rights and receive the support they need.
4. Support Groups
Our support groups create a safe space for survivors to share their experiences and connect with others. These peer-led sessions foster community, understanding, and healing, helping participants build resilience and regain their strength.
5. Financial Literacy Workshops
Understanding finances is crucial for independence. Our financial literacy workshops cover budgeting, savings, and job readiness, empowering survivors to take control of their financial futures and build a stable life.
6. Advocacy and Outreach
We engage in community outreach and advocacy to raise awareness about domestic violence and the resources available to survivors. Through workshops, presentations, and collaborations with local organizations, we strive to create a supportive community for all.
7. Children’s Programs
Recognizing that children are also affected by domestic violence, we offer specialized programs for young survivors. These include counseling, educational support, and recreational activities designed to promote healing and resilience.
